FormSG is a form builder used by public officers, it allows public officers to collect data from citizens in a secure way. FormSG was going through a redesign when I joined the team.
My work involved design systems, wireframing and UI reviews.

Form Design System
Contribution and documentation of components.
As Forms was going through a revamp, there were new components introduced into the existing design system which I designed and documented.
WIREFRAMING
Multi-language feature
Citizens of different races needed forms to be translated in different languages.
Forms that needed to be in several languages were often lengthy as all content needed to be translated and is shown to every user. Currently, advanced Form users work around this constraint by hiding fields of all other languages. Less advanced users simply display all languages and their translations.
UI REVIEW
Design-Engineering handoff
Being part of an efficient workflow between designers and engineers.
The Forms team enhanced the development workflow by making use of chromatic to ship UIs. This increased the speed of UI reviews and made communication between engineers and designers clearer and more effective.
